New tenant app - services you need at a time that suits you!











To ensure we continue to provide you with services which are accessible at a time which suits you, we've launched our new self- service app which gives you access to range of services, any time, at your fingertips!

The range of functions available to you include:

  • Rent balance and transaction enquiries
  • Making payments
  • Requesting repairs
  • Contacting us

Throughout 2018, the functionality of Hafod 24/7 will increase to include other services, such as the ability to report issues including graffiti and fly tipping and to report incidents of anti-social behaviour.

The app is free for you to download and is available to all android and iPhone devices (including tablets).

Please note, the app will only be available in the first instance to tenants of Hafod Housing, we are looking at options to release a version for Cartrefi tenants and homeowners in the future.

For many of you, there will be no longer be a need to contact us over the phone! Instead, you can avoid unnecessary call queues and access the app from the palm of your hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

For downloading the app and setting up an account you will be eligible to claim a £10 SMART Reward which you can redeem in the form of an Amazon Voucher or you can choose to have £10 taken off your rent account.

Don't have a smartphone? Don't worry! The functions available on the app will be made available on our website soon.
