Hafod Shortlisted for Building Award

The shortlists for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Awards which recognises innovative building projects from across Wales have been announced and it's good news for Hafod.

Our Heol y Geifr development in Pencoed (also known as Baywater Tubes) built in partnership with Bridgend County Borough Council and Waterstone Homes has been listed under the Residential category.

This £6.9 million development turned a brownfield site into 32 houses and 15 flats. The winners of this award will be announced in May this year.
